What will your experience of giving birth be like?  I hope it will be joyful, empowering, and inspirational.  As a birth doula, I provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to a woman and her partner before, during, and after childbirth.  I am an advocate who helps protect the integrity of the birth space.

Studies consisently show that women who have doulas perceive less pain, have less chance of a cesarean, have shorter labors, and have less unwanted intervention.  Every laboring mom deserves a doula!
